Welcome to TASSL, the Texas Association of Surgical Skills Laboratories.

The mission of the Texas Association of Surgical Skills Laboratories is to enhance education using simulation-based training for surgery residents and other learners by fostering collaboration and research.

Guidelines for participation & membership

Any program in Texas which trains surgery residents is eligible for participation. It is expected that skills lab directors and coordinators will participate. Having an established skills lab program is not a requirement.

At present, there are no registration fees or dues associated with participating in TASSL.
